Colour Correction
Colour correct for flowers (mostly white and pale pastel colours).
Typically, white flowers such as roses and peonies turn a natural sepia colour over time. We appreciate this natural process and it holds a beauty of its own. However, if you would like your white flowers to remain white and represent their fresh state, then we suggest you include colour correction to your booking. Please read more about this and how various colours preserve on our info page.

Flower Insurance
If a few of your fresh flower stems, for some random reason, do not survive postage, we will replace them with fresh stems from our local florist to a maximum value of R350.
This applies when a few flower stems need to be replaced in order to represent the flower within the preserved frame. Typically, all the flowers that get posted to us according to our packaging instructions arrive in good and workable condition. I would suggest you include this insurance if you have really “fragile” flowers such as cosmos, boganvillers and tulips.
